Client Photo-Sharing Methods

3 min read

When a business thoughtfully incorporates their own photos, it can further develop their brand identity and help customers connect with their business.

That’s why we encourage all of our clients to share photos so we can craft the most personalized content for them. These photos can be used for their website, social media content, blogging, newsletters, etc.

Check out a few of the most popular (and easy) methods to help your client figure out the best way to share photos with our operations team whenever they want to!

Email #

The easiest way to send multiple photos via email is to create a ZIP folder containing them.

  1. Create a folder with all the images you want to send
  2. Right-click on the folder
    1. If on Windows: Select “Send to” and choose “Compressed (zipped) folder”
    2. If on Mac: Select “Compress”
  3. Drag the folder into an email to send it

Note: Most emails have a size limit of 20–25 MB. If your folder exceeds that, you may need to break it up into two folders and zip each, or, try one of the alternate methods below.

Photo Tips #

  • If you upload a new batch of photos to a folder or album, let your team know
