Summary #
The summary tab is an overview of your day:
- Your tasks: What is due today, broken down by category like calls and emails.
- Your outreach activities: Easily check in on enrolled contacts and review the actions needed to move your sequences forward.
- Your schedule and meetings: View your upcoming schedule to prepare and plan for the day.
- Guided actions: HubSpot suggested actions to help you stay on top of your database and close more deals.
Prospects #
View all the open leads in your name, plus every contact’s:
- Last engagement (the contact visited website, booked a meeting, opened an email)
- Last activity on the contact record (you sent an email, made a call, created a note)
- Next activity on the contact record (upcoming call task, meeting)
Deals #
View all the deals in your name. You also have the option to filter by stalled deals or deals that have no activity scheduled. Take a closer look at:
- Next meeting or activity (upcoming appointment, follow-up task)
- Last activity on the deal record (you sent an email, created a note, had a meeting)
- Deal stage (and how long the deal has been in that specific stage)
Tasks #
View all the tasks in your name—filter by tasks due today, overdue, and upcoming to help you prioritize.
