Responsibilities #
- The IT department is responsible for providing training on the proper use of ChatGPT and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- The HR department is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s code of conduct and investigating any reports of misuse.
- The Legal department is responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and regulations related to the use of ChatGPT.
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
